In the first year I went on a trip to New York with Business Studies and Travel & Tourism. It was the best trip I have ever been on. It benefited my college work and was the most amazing experience ever.
I really enjoyed Travel & Tourism. I was quite apprehensive about taking it but it complemented Business Studies so much and there were lots of practical assessments and travelling. My tutor was amazing - I've had so much support. I've never worked so hard before in my life and it has been really rewarding.
I'm now studying International Fashion Promotion at Manchester Metropolitan University and hope in the future to work for Vogue, Elle, Net-A-Porter or The Tatler on their marketing and communications or visual editing teams.
The skills I have gained will certainly relate to my future studies and eventual career.
