Hereford Sixth Form College is delighted to be one of only eight colleges to receive partner status, becoming an England Rugby Partner College.

Collaboration with Partner Colleges is part of the RFUs and ECRFUs drive for change towards a safer, more inclusive, and attractive game, enabling positive player experiences.

The College's Men's and Women's Rugby Academies introduce new players to the sport and support talented players to achieve their goals, with many going on to play professionally, some for National teams.

The College will act as a flagship college representing the region nationally. As part of this the College will adhere to and encourage the RFU's standards:

Safe – Utilise the RFUs Rugby safe, coach, match official training programmes, advocating best practise, providing a safe and enjoyable environment for rugby.

Inclusive – Provide a rugby provision that caters for all skills, motivations, and genders.

Player Centred – Develop young people through the college journey, whilst using the vehicle of rugby to shape positive on and off field behaviours.

The RFU and HSFC are proud that rugby is a sport for everyone; the games values of Teamwork, Respect, Enjoyment, Discipline and Sportsmanship help produce well-rounded learners who are confident, resilient, and aspirational.
