The College is only open to our most vulnerable students (including those on EHCPs, or who are in care or have a social worker) and the children of key workers. All lessons will continue to run virtually for all students. The College opens at 9am. Please notify us before 10.30am if you wish to access the College past 12 noon so we can ensure facilities and access are available. The government has published a letter explaining how the summer grades will be calculated. The letter has been emailed to you and a link is in the news section of this website.

College is Biggest and Best in County and in Top 5% Nationally

Hereford Sixth Form College has been named as one of the top 5% schools or colleges in the country for its A Level results.  The College received a congratulatory message from the A level Performance System (ALPS) which analyses results from schools nationally. Jonathan Godfrey, Principal said, “This confirms that Hereford Sixth Form College consistently achieves some of the best value-added A Level results in the country and is the top performing school or college on this measure in Herefordshire”.

Chair of Governors, Dr Ken Hopkins is pictured celebrating with student Governor Rob Newton.  Rob said, “I am not surprised that the College is so high in the national league tables, Staff at the College are enthusiastic and inspiring and have a real ability to motivate students to achieve their best, while making lessons interesting and enjoyable”.
