Counselling and Drop-In Support
Counselling and emotional support is available for all students at the College. Talking things over with a counsellor, either as a 'one-off' or over a number of sessions, can help you to find new ways of managing problems, without being judged or told what to do. You might want to talk about College, family life, relationships, feelings or worry, stress or anxiety, or about anything that is causing difficulty in your life, however big or small.
If you would like to see the counsellor you can ‘drop-in’ without an appointment during the lunch break, or you can make an appointment by e-mail, by telephone or by asking your tutor.
