The College offers a wide range of student support services. These are housed in specialist accommodation, including a newly refurbished Well-Being Centre. The student support services include:

- a College Chaplain;
- a College Counsellor offering 'drop in' support as well as confidential counselling;
- a College Nurse and a College Doctor who offer weekly drop-in clinics and also individual appointments;
- a specialist Examinations Team;
- excellent IT facilities with a specialist team of staff;
- a Learner Support Fund if you have difficulty meeting costs relating to your studies;
- a specialist Learning Support department;
- a well-equipped and staffed Library & Learning Resources Centre;
- a Student Services Receptionist who is there for you, the students, and who is a good listener;
- access to the Student Information Service based on the campus and offering information, support and practical help on many issues, including: finance, benefits, health and emotional problems, housing and legal rights.
