Room Numbers - Business Block
The Business Stuides block is being renamed "Risbury" (after the iron age settlement - other buildings will change later). Room numbers BS001 etc. will become R001 etc. While we get used to it, we will be using both labelling systems interchangeably.
Greig Piano Concerto - Friday 28th March
Tickets are now available for the annual concert in Hereford Cathedral on Friday 28th March. The Academia Musica Orchestra will be performing Grieg Piano Concert with soloist Manu Hasan and the choir will be performing works by Elgar and Finzi. Reminder - Exam Re-sit Bills
The deadline for paying re-sit fees is 3.30 pm this Wednesday 5th March. Any fees paid after this date will incur late fee penalties. If you have difficulty meeting this deadline you MUST come to the Exams Office by 5th March to discuss this.

STEM Summer School at Cambridge:25th-29th August 2014
If you are interested in studying Engineering, Natural Sciences or Maths at a top university, this is a wonderful (free) study week for the most able students. You need to have A* GCSEs in Maths and Science, and be confidently predicted to achieve more than 90% in your maths and science AS levels. As part of National Apprenticeship week, Riverside Training have an open day this week on Wednesday 5th March at their Hereford office (6-8 St Martin’s Street – up from the swimming pool, near the old bridge). The event will be held between 10am and 4pm and will be open to anyone interested in finding out more about Apprenticeships. Get on Track with a Network Rail Apprenticeship
Network Rail are recruiting for their Apprenticeship Scheme which runs across five different areas – Track, Signalling, Telecoms, Overhead Line and Electrification and Plant. First year training takes place at the Royal Navy engineering training facility at HMS Sultan in Hampshire (all expenses paid).
