AS/A Level French

student taking part in French

The course aims to develop a high level of competence in understanding, speaking and writing French and a deeper knowledge of the culture and civilisation of France. You will cover topics at AS dealing with 21st century issues: leisure, education and social issues. At A2, media, environmental issues and contemporary France are also studied. Magazines, newspapers, radio and TV programmes, videos and films are used for classroom and research activities.
