AS/A Level Business Studies

The main aim of the course is to develop your knowledge and understanding of business behaviour and your skills in making realistic business decisions.

Qualifications

This course starts from scratch and assumes no previous knowledge of Business Studies. All students who fulfil the College entry requirements can study the subject.

A2 Modules

  • Strategies for Success (A2)
  • Business Environment and Managing Change (A2)

After the Course

Many successful students go on to read for business-related higher education courses. These include Accountancy, Management Science, Leisure Management and Marketing. Business courses incorporating a foreign language have become popular in recent times. Other students have made use of their studies in a wide variety of employment situations and the course provides a strong foundation for those planning to work in a family business such as farming.
